This coming Saturday is one of Safe Harbour, Inc.'s biggest fundraising events, 'Night Without A Tux' is happening at Liberty Forge in Mechanicsburg at 6pm.

Safe Harbour provides a continuum of housing and supportive services for homeless and nearly homeless individuals and families in our community.

The program will include an update on their activities and news, live music, a photo booth, a live silent auction and nationally known speaker, Jessica Bruder, who is the author of the book, Nomadland: Surviving America in the Twenty-First Century.

Safe Harbour approached me about providing a piece of art for their silent auction and I decided to paint Safe Harbour's historical building on High Street. All bidding will take place at Liberty Forge on Saturday evening.
