Lia Montelongo, is the 2025 Mrs. Illinois Petite State Titleholder, group fitness instructor, yoga teacher at Equinox, and the soon-to-be owner of a new yoga, meditation, and Pilates studio in Frankfort, Illinois.

But Lia’s talents don’t stop there—she’s also known for her iconic role as the original video game actress of Sindel in Mortal Kombat and for playing Sareena in Mortal Kombat: Sub-Zero.

Lia is currently working on her memoir, From Sindel to Spiritual Warrior, sharing her incredible transformation from action-packed video game roles to embracing a journey of empowerment and wellness.

She also hosts the Spiritual Warrior World podcast on YouTube, where she’s building a community to explore what it means to be a spiritual warrior in today’s world.
