I have worked with many companies over the years who were looking for a quick fix to their problem- these people got burned!

You can't just hire someone because they're cheap or easy; you need experienced professionals that will provide quality results day after day no matter how challenging your situation might seem at first glance.

This Father's Day is the first one I've had without my father

But this is also the first Father's Day with my daughter where we can spend time together and she can see and understand what I do this same week

It took me 15 to 20 years understand that my father and grandfather did

They were like most parents then; off at offices dealing with people or information

My little daughter knows that I make commercials and help people by teaching

I got her a little slate and she gets to tell "action" in these filming days.

The team there is happy and welcome her.

She can be anything she sets her mind to do

I'm grateful and proud this Father's Day for the time I had with my father
And
For the ability to be a father to this amazing lady of mine

Happy Father's Day and Mother's Day (no fathers without strong mothers) out there!

Who is upsetting you?

If you put 100 black ants and 100 red ants in a jar, nothing will happen.

But if you shake the jar and leave it on the table, the ants will start to kill each other.

The red ants believe that black is their enemy while black believes that red is their enemy, but the real enemy is the person who shook the jar.

The metaphor matters and is true, while the Entomologists may not like the ant part, it's a fact that we let others divide us and turn us against each other when we should be fighting the real enemy, those who would benefit from our division.

We are all human beings with the same needs: love, belonging, safety, and self-actualization.

We must remember that and fight for each other, not against each other.

Only then can we hope to create a world that is truly just and free for all.
