CALL FOR APPLICATION

IBANAG CULTURE AND ARTS (ICA) SCHOLARSHIP
QUALIFICATION (Pursuant to City Ordinance No. 03-2011)

1. The applicant must be a resident of Tuguegarao City and able to speak any of the three languages (Ibanag, Ilocano, and Itawes).
2. The applicant must be single.
3. The applicant must be of good moral character as certified by the school where the applicant has graduated from high school.
4. The applicant must be freshman upon enrollment in college and with a general weighted average of 80% in the report card. The applicant can sing, dance, act or play any musical instruments.
5. The applicant must possess dedication to the arts and is willing to undergo training.
6. The applicant must not belong to a family whose gross annual income is over P156, 000.00
7. The applicant must not be a holder of any other scholarship grant.
8. The applicant must pass the screening to be administered by the City Government.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Assessment Form
2. Good Moral Certification
3. Certification of Grade
4. ITR of Parent/Guardian

With the use of emerging social media platforms, specifically TikTok, the Rotaract Club of Tuguegarao, in partnership with Cagayan Valley Center for Health and Development, would like to disseminate vital information and raise awareness regarding adolescent health and teenage pregnancy.

Think-Talk aims to maximize the creativity of the youth providing opportunities to showcase their talents and at the same time, raise awareness.
