A lateral collaboration with KiNK who uploaded a 35 minute Roland 909 jam, issuing the challenge to "make bangers".

So, here's our take. Sampling polyphonic singing found in the Shoplouk region of Bulgaria by the Bistritsa Grannies, who are have been recognized as part of UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage.

I will share more on the particular recording used in some stories to come.

Bistritsa also is my favorite area in the Vitosha mountain for running, hikes and whatever with the beautiful rivers and greenery, so it only seemed proper I would do something inspired by that.

The trailer for Furrow is now "live", a psychedelic journey of a boy, a stork & a grumpy old man, I definitely feel the connection with the latter.

Nayden Nikolov from Meristem film gave us a chance to do something weirder with the sound design and hopefully it paid off.

The sound design, mix & master were done at our small studio and the composition that brought Nayden's vision to life was done by the talented Hristian Georgiev in just a couple of days, with a little help from us on the drums.

With a lot of helpful tips from the talented Ivan Andreev.

Thank you for listening as always. The short will hit the festival circuit now and will be available for view from September, hopefully.

This year we will be attending the ФАРА Advertising Festival as part of a discussion panel on the role of sound and music in advertising and will hopefully provide some insight on how to better utilize the people's ears as a channel for more creative communication. See you there!

Gåte presented one of the most moving songs at this year's edition of Eurovision, with a song that has so much depth as well as national and regional character that it's simply insane the jury decided to bury such a profound performance.

Only a few can truly fathom the complexity of the vocals let a lone perform them with such ferocity, especially the chorus.

Their song was simply another casualty in one of the many ongoing wars, but you can give it life by taking a listen.

"Møya i ulveham" tells the story of a young maiden, who is transformed into a needle, a knife, and then a sword by her evil stepmother. However, the people continue to appreciate her throughout all of her transformations, angering her stepmother. Therefore, to punish her even further, the stepmother transforms her into a wolf. It ends with the stepmother, pregnant with a child, being pounced on by the wolf. To lift the curse, the wolf drinks her stepmother's blood, which contains the blood of her unborn half-brother.

One of our first projects - full composition & sound production with A.I. voice generated narration for the upcoming an animated short produced by meristemfilm.com

The brief was to create a sense of urgency with a build up in a chaotic but organic way.

So we tried some shapeshifting pianos with a touch of classical and a pinch of experimentation.
