This is just a portion of gifts and tokens from the “pink campaign.” One room changes its display every 3 months to showcase another set of memorabilias.

The museum is open from Wednesdays to Sundays except holidays, from 10AM to 4PM. Entrance or donation fee is 100 pesos, while 50 pesos for students. Walk-ins are welcome.

Aside from being a home to several gifts and memorabilia from the Campaign, it also serves as a hub for volunteers, a sanctuary for artists and creatives, and a platform for budding entrepreneurs.

From engineering to law school. ⚖️
!

I was in corporate when I seriously contemplated on what I really want to do in my career. Before corporate, I settled in mediocrity in engineering subjects, but excelled in social sciences, research, thesis, and management courses. I was good with numbers since high school, but I was just never a fan of it.

After corporate, I took some time off to reflect. I went back home to Olongapo, while studying for the board exams just to be productive. With such circumstances, I decided I’ll try law school.

I filed on May 18th. Took the exam on Jun 23rd, a day after my late lolo’s birthday. Got the results on Jun 11.

Honestly, I’m scared since it’s way out of my comfort zone. I was never a recitation kid in academics, but only to be honed in corporate.
I guess, I’ll just do it scared.

Thank you to my corporate friends, my ERG, my mentors, my teachers, and my family.

Today is the death anniversary of my lolo. Prior to this election, my family opened up to me that before he passed lalapit na dapat kami sa OVP para makahingi ng kaunting pinansyal. Pumanaw na siya bago pa man ito nangyari. Sa track record ni Leni, alam kong matutulungan kami sa sandaling iyon kung buhay pa siya. Ito ang serbisyo na nais ko para sa atin. Mas maayos na serbisyong medical para sa lahat.

It was a bittersweet feeling that he wasn’t able to witness this. The next day I got home, I went to the memorial and immediately placed my diploma on top of his grave. Every time I come home, when he was still alive, he asks about my graduation. Here it is, Tatay. I’m sorry that it was 3 years late. I miss you everyday.
