On social media, people are going to follow you only if you give them some kind of value. So, high quality content is the content, that gives people a value. There are 3 basic types of high quality content:

When you're creating a piece of content, keep in mind what purpose it's going to have. For example, a funny weekday story of your staff will be entertaining and, maybe, engaging.

Even if you're a B2B brand, don't avoid entertaining and engaging content. Remember, you're being followed by people, not by the companies. Other businessmen also want to consume high quality content.

When it comes to creating a brand, it's important to take care of its visual identity. Think of your brand like of a real person:
Logo = face
Naming = name

To attract as much people as possible, everything has to be close to perfection.

There's insane competition on today's social media. Having a built visual identity is the proven way to stand out of the crowd. People's eyes better recognize known patterns. That's why the style will give you an advantage in competition for users attention.
