Bipolar 2 is mostly depression for me and when it comes it comes hard!!!! I won't leave bed and won't do anything. Im working on being more intentional even on those hard days so here are a few things that I try and do when I have low days!
Everyday won't get everything that's for sure, but setting at least ONE intention can help you get moving.
What are some of the ways you combat low days?
Since I struggle with anxiety and common stressors I work to find ways to find relief. These are a few ways that work for me.
1. Go to the gym: I fry ans go daily but ateast 4-5 times a week works wonders to eliminate stress.
2. Meditate: stopping for a moment to just breathe and reflect on what's bringing the stress so you can let it go.
3. Get some sun: Sometimes juat taking a step back and getting the sun to work or take a walk is a great way to shift thinking and my space.
4. Take vitamins: vitamins such as d3, Magnesium, b12 and also the mood Stabilizing Vitamins in my bio.
5. Limit caffeine: this is one that snuck up on me. Caffeine can actually trigger anxiety so limiting your intake will make a huge difference.
I'm so incredibly excited 💕
I've made it a point to dance my way out of low moments.
Just simply moving your body to your favorite song increases those endorphins and lifts your mood.
Today is a great day to move.
