I have been natural for 8 Years but in Dec 2014 I decided to BIG CHOP!!! I had no idea what I was doing but was determined to figure it out! I went from 255-235 naturally but slowly

Took glp1 medication to regulate my alc levels (I was pre diabetic) and lost another 30lbs and got out the danger zones so I got off.

The glp1 medication got me down to 205 and since getting off I’ve continued to watch my food and portions and lost another 20lbs by staying the course✨🫶🏽

My food relationship Is forever changed.

Keep going. Keep moving. Keep pushing yourself.
