SERIOUS QUESTION.
What are you taking to supplement your fibre intake?
Marsha Swaby and I are excited about the decision we made to go back to a healthy all natural food and product consumption.
We are rapidly shedding weight with no gimmick..... just going back to the basics, eating healthier options, exercising, daily natural vitamins and minerals intake and among some other basics that the body needs a daily intake of FIBRE!!!!
WE NEED FIBRE DAILY YALL!!!!!!
Did you know 95% of us are not getting enough fiber in our diets? and the lack thereof has been causing multiple illnesses in our bodies and worst of all cutting our lives short.
Women need 25g/day and men need 38g/day! We are definitely was not getting that😬
I was introduced to this amazing all natural fibre drink and I am in LOVE! It has worked wonders for us so far.....
I call this my SIX PACK drink as that’s what it’s doing for me!😜 This has soluble and insoluble fiber, herbs, antioxidants and probiotics….all things I know are good for me but I wasn’t getting enough of. It smells and tastes like green apples🍏(there is orange, berry, and even unflavoured options for cooking too!)
