I read a book called "Dopamine Nation"
Here is the summary what i learnt
1.Prolonged state of high dopamine( happiness chemical) leads to dopamine deficit state
2. High dopamine substances and behavior leads to health problems, money problem, relationship problems, moral problems.
3. High dopamine substances:
Cigerates, Alcohol, drugs, chocolates, cakes, chips.
4. High dopamine behavior:
Watching p**n, watching serials, online.shopping, watching tv movies &serials,reading novels, video games, which leads to anxiety.
5. Try to not overconsume else you will be serious health issue.
6. When we consume high dopamine rewards, we lose our ability to joy in ordinary pleasures.
7. Overconsumption of high dopamine goods leads to isolation, as drug to replace the rewards obtained from drug comes to replace the rewards obtained from relationships with others.
8. Mostly everyone facing dopamine issues . For some watching shares, for some online shopping, for some watching serials, for some drinking alcohol, for some telling lies. For spending in social media
9. How to reduce high dopamine / addicted behavior?
By exercise, by pooja, by meditation, by fasting, by telling truths.
