OK, enough with my Trump impersonation, let's get on with some real news. LOL.

Podcasts is something we've generally stayed clear of, but a few days ago my friend Joe Person reached out and asked about advertising his start-up podcast in VolksMania magazine. Naturally, we cut a deal, but the deal turned out way better than any of us could imagine. Art of the Deal, hey? Back on track...

Joe runs https://www.facebook.com/dublifediaries/ and it's a podcast about the VW lifestyle in general. Joe's based in Florida, but the people he plans to talk to will be from all over. I know you're going to like it. So much so that Joe's now become a team member of VolksMania, and you'll not only be able to hear Joe and his fellow VolksManiac guests talk, you'll be able to put pictures to the words in a new column that Joe and I are going to be preparing in VolksMania magazine.

It's going to be fun. It's going to be awesome!

So here's a selection of ideas. There are more possibilities in the pipeline, but it can be a little overwhelming seeing twenty front covers all at once. Clearly the wording will need changing on some and moving around, but these are just ideas and a bit of fun. Enjoy!

As VolksMania #21 begins to land in mailboxes all across the US, and is on its way to Canada, UK, and Australia as I write for further redistribution to places we never dreamed the magazine would reach, we begin the task of creating a front cover for VolksMania #22. Here's a couple of possibilities to get your head around. The small colored rectangles will also be filled with pictures at a later date. :)

We changed the website today to reflect the new subscription beginning with VolksMania #22. (THE FUTURE)

#21 is being printed now and will be shipped at the beginning of February. We are able to offer this edition as a single only. (THE PRESENT)

#20 (current edition) appears next to #21. (THE PAST)

Yes, it can seem confusing.... but it isn't really when you're able to work in three time zones. Ha! :)

Just put VolksMania #21 to bed. This will be shipped beginning of February. It's an awesome magazine. We're still taking subs that include this edition, but from monday the subs will begin with #22. From monday, #21 (shown) will only be available to buy as a single edition for $12.99 (not the regular reduced $8.99 with on-going sub) - while stock lasts. So please, if you haven't already done so, take out a sub now and start saving. This is a 116 page magazine on deluxe paper.

OK folks, the end of the week is nearly upon us. The print files for the next VolksMania have been uploaded. Checking in progress. Printer estimates the mag will be ready beginning of February. Thereafter allow anywhere between 1 week and 4 weeks to arrive in US subscriber mailboxes. Final cover choice shown. It's an epic 116 page magazine! :)
