Since the early 2000’s, I’ve always wanted a 100 series Land Cruiser. Finally decided to get one. It was hard to find an all stock one since most of them out West get turned into an overlanding vehicle. So far, I think it’s my favorite vehicle I’ve ever owned. Comfortable, reliable, and a beast in the snow. What’s an older vehicle you’ve always wanted but never got?

One of my favorite things from this past summer was seeing junior fall in love with fishing. He would spend all of his time watching fishing videos, reading/studying books, and looking at maps to figure out where to go next. It’s nice having a fishing buddy. The only thing we need to work on is his talking. The kid doesn’t shut up the ENTIRE time we are on the water!

My wife requested I make her something for more storage. So I did! This is what we came up with using 2X4’s and rough sawn pine. The X pattern on the doors is to match our dining room table. We found the shutters at Salvation Army.
