We have just added close to 200 microphones to the collection. Mostly vintage mics from the 40’s to the 80’s. Pics on the way.

So many blessings coming. We have a beautiful 79 Rhoads suitcase coming in soon. We also recently gained about 180 microphones to the collection.I have wanted some of these mics for 30 years. So thankful!

I wanted to give a shout out to the guys in All Those Flashing Lights !!!!!
They tracked live, and cut 9 songs in two days.
Hard work, rehearsing, knowing your parts.
These guys have obviously put in the time.
Thank you so much for letting me be part of this project! I love the songs, and feel fortunate to be working with these guys!
Now on to keys, guitar, and vocals.

The new (to me) D&R console is coming along nicely. Should be up and running in May.

Well I did a thing yesterday.
I got a crazy deal on this beautiful D&R 4000 MKII console. I won’t say what I paid for it, But I may have to answer for it in the next life. Lol
Moving forward. So many upgrades. We will be having an open house party very soon.

Wiregrass Blues Society’s Project Preservation is getting close. Yesterday Greg Davis (Mutt Mutt Mutt) from The Mutt Brothers came in and added some lap steel, and a few guitar tracks to the mix. Thanks for the help Greg!

Wiregrass Blues Society's Project Preservation is coming along nicely.
Today Melvin W. Burks, and Anthony Staffiero are laying down horns on a few songs. Melvin and Tony are some of the finest musicians from the wiregrass. Melvin has shared the stage with the likes of Dizzy Gallespie umung many others, and taught jazz at Troy University. Tony has been an Atlanta staple for years . We are very fortunate to have these incredible musicians lend us their talents. Thank You!

Looking forward to recording Peggy Jenkins today for the Wiregrass Blues Society. Peggy is a powerhouse vocalist from Columbus Ga. Reminiscent of a Koko Taylor or a Ma Rainey. Strong, Beautiful!
The Project Preservation record will be released October 16 at Folklore Brewing & Meadery in Dothan.Al. We look forward to sharing this music with you.
