Seems I'm being labeled a thief of a certain someone's I'D and Property,,,however I'm the only one missing anything and Stolen from by the Very Person I've Stood Up For , Time after Time,,, and the Shameful Part is She Knows Better or is Monumentally the Dumbest Most Gullible Person on the Planet to Believe in such Crap.
However I Stand Innocent and Convicted,, just as Monterey has done to expediately rid themselves of having Truth Get in the Way..

Well what a week seems some shadowy figures are tailing me looking for some crumb for whatever reason. And I have my own Stalker on these pages who believes he can discuss and Take whatever he wants by hook or crook and si far MyAngel has been robbed and deceived of thousands of dollars I know because in the 2 plus x months I have known her she just is to Naive and mistakes the protector from the true villian or should I say the antagonist from the protagonist.
Got in more debt over the Christmas holidays and am still catching up. And my beautiful , smart 4 year old daughter is back with the mother and I'm reduced to 2 hrs every 2 nd and 4rth week.
My Brandy she been put on restriction and I didn't realize that her daddy was pandering her and extorting the men she see's by threatening her with removal from the home. That would be a "Retaliatory Eviction" and is illegal under California law.
My friend and part time lover she going through it because of her dad,,
My other friend and part time lover she to is having issues with this problem it seems house owners want to rent and than violate a tenants rights and if can get no concessions from tenant or cannot handle a person's Disability want to evict them illegally which under California law is deemed Retaliation and illegal . I have litigated as a advocate in this and this being the 4rth case am proud to fight against Tyranny, and injustices where ever it pops its ugly head.
And to my Friends in Big Sur,,, Si Lucky the highway shut down, Remember and Help when you can they are stranded with dwindling supply's.

Well Merry F**king Christmas I should be so happy with my family by the tree opening presents or maybe even my fiance in that mix or at least some of my model friends or some variation of that ,,,,,,Well f**k me to tears its more of a f**k you with me having car problems and being denied my visits by CPS when going by bus and being late and so I don't see my daughter another holiday coming.
I Love you Artemis and I'm the Non Offending Parent being made to suffer as are you a prisoner of the State in Foster Care because the Mommy Screwed Up and they Would Not Offer Me and My Daughter Emergency Services instead they Pay a Third Party The Money and Deny My Daughter and I Proper care and services I was awarded from the first time around "Joint Custody" and visitation twice a week and every other weekend which I faithfully did even had to have the baby momma reprimanded for cheating me out of my court ordered visitation which you can be sited by arrest for denying visitation to the court ordered person,,,But CPS they can traumatize parents and Children Legally with their "Failure to Act", and "Willful Neglect" of making a parent suffer "grevious mental anguish" by their haphazard approach to ensuring the Non Offending Parent is Properly Accomidated.
