Montaño, better know as Montano by his fans, is currently a professional soccer player at Louisville city football club in Kentucky and a male model for Heymantalent. He was born on May 28, 1993 in America’s agricultural town of (East) Salinas California. He was born into a family of immigrant parents that left Mexico at the age of 16 to find work in the United States. His father was a masonry lab
orer and while his mother took care of the four children at home. The stomping grounds he ran on as a child would eventually lead him to bigger things. At Alisal high school he played four years with the Men’s Varsity soccer team. During that period of time he was All League first team two years in a row. Along with his teammates, he won the first ever in the school’s history Central Coast Section soccer championship and was recognized by the city’s Mayor and the Salinas Union high school board of trustees.I became the first one in my family to earn a academic and athletic scholarship in my family and went to earn my Bachelor’s in Communication studies at San Jose State. In my three years at SJSU, I played at the NCAA Division 1 level and had the second highest number of appearances and minutes played on the team. Montano has shaped himself into an inspirational young man through the use of hard work, sacrifice, and dedication. He understand that nothing worth having and being happy for comes easy therefore he always take the long road because he trust his mind and body as his a sailor trust his boat and compass although the wind might be deceptive/unfair at times.As he continues to grow as a person, his public figure has become his main piece of influence.
