2) Publisher produces a detailed plan and 9 month timetable to edit, produce, sell, market and distribute globally
3) Author can exit with full rights and the plan (cost £600), or
4) Author & Publisher commit to the plan together they co-publish
5) Total author investment (say £7,000) fully fixed in advance; Author & Publisher both receive return on investment from 3,000+ sales
