Very interesting gas prices are spiking in Phoenix at $4.19 and higher while regular is going for as low as $3.05 in Tucson and $3.79 in Flagstaff. Oil prices have declined to $77/barrel for WTI. Maricopa County’s high pollution requires so-called cleaner blends that increases cost. Phoenix also gets a lot of refined gasoline from California refineries while Tucson receives gas from Texas.
