No Wahala Sounds are delighted to announce our latest vinyl release, "Kekete Bue” by the legendary Congolese musician Kanda Bongo Man, his first album since 2010, and his first vinyl release in over two decades. The master of soukous, the infectious and uptempo guitar-driven music from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kanda’s new album features new tracks alongside reinterpretations of some of his classic songs. We lost one of our own this month. Doug Paterson was a trusted audio engineer at the station for almost 20 years. His work behind the scenes made much of what you heard on the radio possible. He was 72.
