Having so many years involved in the nightclub industry has allowed owner/creator of NCM, Johnny Restrepo, the ability to visualize the business from many different perspectives. He has effectively handled all business related issues within the industry so that it doesn't interfere with the DJ by slowing down their creative process. This allows him to focus on things that are of much more importan

ce, as well as pay more attention to the interaction and relationships built amongst the fans. Most of the previous artists on NCM have played along side some of the biggest talent in the world such as Paul Oakenfold and Avicii, playing at every major club and lounge that the tri-state area has to offer. At the moment New Chapter Management has cleaned the slate of all previous artists and began creating a new lineup that will withstand the test of time within this new industry. The approach in which these artists will begin to surface is something that is going to set them apart from the other DJs in their field.
