1) Dr. Cairo Ojougboh, former Executive Dir of NDDC shouted and slumped due to massive heart attack when SA equalised.
2) Alhaji Ayuba O. Abdullahi, dep Bursar of Kwara state University (KWASU) Malete. He started feeling dizzy before the penalty kicks. He left home and died while being rushed to hospital.
3) Mr Samuel, a corps member in Adamawa State, a Kaduna state indigene slumped and died during the penalty shootout.
4) Mr Mikail Osundiji watching the match in Abeokuta, went into shock and died when the referee cancelled Nigeria’s second goal against South Africa, by Victor Osimhen.
