Sorry for the silence for days.
Here is a few updates about the label.
1. Due to the economic situation along with not ideal sales. I have to move my warehouse out of the city to a new location 50 km away. The whole moving work is 80+ pallets in 4 trucks. It took me 6 weeks to do it. So that’s why all the latest shipping of orders were delayed. A lot. Sorry!
2. When I was ready to ship all current orders last weekend. I was sadly infected by Omicron. Already rest in bed for a week now and I am getting better. But still not able to work now. Very tired all the time.
3. It’s ok to have your order canceled if in fear of virus. For all open orders. Otherwise they will be shipped next week when I am fully recovered. Everything will be sanitized before shipping out though.
4. There are some titles were ready to sell. Expect in January.
At last. A big gratitude to everyone kept supporting us in 2022. NESI wishes a good 2023 to everyone.

This project was not an easy job to work on. But with the effort & help from Mika Jussila - Mastering of the Universe it became easier! To work with one of the world’s most famous/professional mastering engineer is just an amazing experience. We are so happy that we can deliver the sound as close as Mika wanted and it was a true honor to gain recognition from you! Thank you for everything!!!

I remember very well the day in June 1997 when shy young men arrived from Kitee, Eastern Finland to master their first album. The mastering day went smoothly and the schoolchildren lookalike young boys said almost nothing and did not comment in any way on my work. Nightwish's first album Angels Fall First was released from this master, specifically its first 7 track limited version. The boys returned to Finnvox studio again in October to master a few more songs which were added to the previous master and a better known version of the first album was completed.

The popularity of Nightwish right from the start was a surprise to myself. The material was special, quite personal and previously unheard of. Nevertheless, the record company Spinefarm relied so much on its protégé that for the next record, Oceanborn Mikko Karmila from Finnvox Studios was hired to mix it. This album also started the succesful partnership between the band and Finland's most renowned metal producer Karmila that has lasted to this day. Oceanborn and the following album Wishmaster largely defined the direction and the sound of European symphonic metal persistently. Nightwish kind of female fronted flamboyant metal acts began to appear everywhere, both with and without opera influences, but none of these imitators matched their Finnish role model in their originality or creativity. Century Child album grew the band’s popularity around the world and Marco Hietala's entry modified Tuomas Holopainen's music even more versatile and heavier.

As writing this, almost 25 years have passed since our first meeting with the band. During these years I've mastered all of Nightwish studio albums and, apart from two DVD releases, everything else the orchestra has ever released. The band members, crew and management have become my lifelong friends. I am proud to have the opportunity to belong to the band's inner circle and Tuomas' trusted team of technicians. These re-masterings for the four first albums I've done with care and love so that the albums sound great also when listened to in other formats than just CD. I have respected the original mixes as closely as possible and followed the vision of Tuomas Holopainen how I remember he originally wanted these records to sound.

All Nightwish were remastered professionally for vinyl by Mika Jussila - Mastering of the Universe based on original tapes in 2021. He also approved each Test pressing and gave high praise for the cutting & pressing !

I have just updated the new shipping policy
Kindly pls check it before ordering.
Many have noticed that I was using FedEx to ship since last month. I will continue to work with them in the future. Great service. Far better than the former rubbish shipping company.
Summary
1. For US/Canada. More expensive than before. But actually the former shipping company is now more expensive than FedEx.
Pandemic caused a high demand of airlines from China to the US so shipping is not cheap and easy now.
2. For European countries. A big drop on shipping after packet more than 2kg. Great price by FedEx.
3. Australia. Expensive than before. But I don’t want to use the former shipping company anymore. Too many problems from them.
4. Asian countries slight expensive.
5. Russia. China post EMS is the only choice…

Blame me if you want… sorry
For years I am struggling with shipping. Now finally I can guarantee a quality shipping. Which I was desperately to do so for a long time.
