The poll aimed to assess the performance and public approval of the Members of County Assembly (MCAs) across the county. According to the results, the top ten MCAs have been recognized for their outstanding leadership and significant contributions to development within their respective wards. Their efforts have garnered high approval ratings, reflecting the satisfaction of the residents with the progress and initiatives undertaken.

However, the poll also brought to light several critical areas needing urgent attention. A major concern for residents is the state of road infrastructure, particularly in constituencies like Ndhiwa and Suba North, where poor road conditions hinder transportation and economic activities, especially during the rainy season. Additionally, there is a pressing need for improvements in healthcare facilities and water supply systems. These issues highlight the necessity for the county government and MCAs to prioritize essential infrastructure and services to ensure sustained development and enhanced quality of life for the people of Homa Bay County.
