Here's last week's: onion bagel with chive and scallion cream cheese. One thing I appreciate about their cream cheese is that it's not overly tangy. It's soft, creamy and flavorful.
What do I get this week?! I'm thinking maybe something sweet, like a French Toast Bagel.
Throwback to these super fun pictures we took in the rose garden area of in the summer of 2019. It's really wild to think of how much has changed since then, personally, and in the world.

This picture is from Sarang Sarai and I's first trip overseas together.
I found a crazy deal on tickets to Seoul ($475 each rt!) using Skyscanner and so we planned this trip in less than 6 months. For both of us, it was a first big immersion into Korean culture and it was amazing.
We took formal portraits and some fun snapshots at a hanbok photo studio. It wasn't Em's first time in one, I had half of her formal 1 year old pictures taken in one, but it was my first time. It felt very elegant and we had such a good time!

My baby girl is about to finish her freshman year! How can time be flying by so quickly?!
Time for one last "fun lunch" treat for the lunch table.
These girls have made it through a tough year, so it seemed like a summer themed celebration was in order.
Adorable plates, reusable cups, sparkly silverware, paper straws with attached umbrellas, and cute summer sunglasses were super affordable from Dollar Tree.
ALDI USA has the best prices with high quality, so I picked up the penne, Italian chicken sausage, sauce and bread from them. I made enough pasta for 8 girls, myself, my dad AND dinner for about $8. You cannot beat that!
A Pepperidge Farm confetti cake and Hy-Vee raspberry lemonade helped round out the meal.
I picked up the My Fun Colors bracelets from SBW Boutique & Gifts. One for each girl and a set for the two FABULOUS ladies in the school's attendance office that answer my questions, call my kid down when there's appointments and also make sure she gets her lunches and other things that sometimes get left at home.
Also, check out my Fancy Panz that I got from a Good Morning America deal! These things are great for a potluck or picnic. No more aluminum pans getting crushed or plastic wrap and foil to cover them. Plus, it looks good on the table!
Now it's just 1 more week until summer break and I personally cannot wait to not have to fight my child to get up in the morning🤣

Welcome to my new farm! Kind of😆
I'm so excited because I rented two plots in a local community garden this year. 400 Sq ft to create the garden of my dreams!
Obviously we need peppers and tomatoes, but I can't decide what else. My daughter wants carrots, I think I want cucumbers, but what else?! Maybe some Korean veggies that i normally have to leave town to get? This is the silliest dilemma I've ever had. Farmer Erin wants it all😂.
Fortunately, my dad has agreed to work on this project with me, so the chance of success is very high... on my own, I'm definitely capable of forgetting to water plants🤦🏾♀️🫣🤪.
Any suggestions? What do you grow in your garden?

I feel so much joy and gratitude tonight. Celebrating Jesus' beautiful ransom sacrifice with people I love so very much is a gift and a blessing 💜
Afros & jumpsuits are my new aesthetic.
Except jumpsuits are hard for all-day wear, so maybe just afros🤷🏽♀️😂
Anyway, to all my girls, Target has denim jumpsuits in cream, purple wash denim, and regular blue denim, and they are CUTE!
Also, if you have an afro (or any hair) that needs detangling, I recommend the brush! Little tender headed, baby Erin needed this brush. It would have saved my mother a bit of drama 😭

Especially now that I'm working on being more conscious of my budget.🫣 Sometimes, I still want a treat, but I need to keep it reasonably priced.
I love that if you order in the app, Sonic drinks are always half priced. They've got an extensive drink menu, but they just added a "Make it Dirty" option for any drink. They add coconut and lime flavors, fresh lime, and cream.
Mine wasn't stirred up at first, so the first sip was horrifyingly sweet, lol, but once I mixed it up, it tasted like a fun vacation drink that should be served with a little umbrella and some sunshine.
I could see picking this up and taking it home to mix with a little bit of rum for a cocktail, lol 😉
