❦Overnight soaked oats/ musli❦

☞︎Dry fruits musli/ plain musli/ oats 1/2 cup
☞︎Soya milk/ any other milk 1/2cup
☞︎Yoghurt / homemade curd 3-4Tbsp
☞seasonal fresh fruits (banana, apple, pomegranate, dates, grapes etc, whatever you want)
☞︎honey/ jaggery 1 teaspoon
☞︎Dry fruits (optional)
☞︎chia seeds 1tsp(optional)


Take a bowl, soak musli/ oats in 1/2 cup of milk and add rest of the ingredients into it. Mix all together properly & keep it in refrigerator for overnight. If you need more milk/ yoghurt/ honey , add them as per your requirements. Enjoy the yamm & delicious breakfast & stay healthy 🥰

Mango Ice-cream

Ingredients & methods~

1. One ripe mango
2. Milk powder 3Tbsp
3. Water 1/4 cup
~ Blend it properly until it mix well & the texture should be smooth. Now your mango mixture is ready
4. Whipping cream 1/2cup (125ml)
5. Sugar 3Tbsp (I used 1cube jaggery instead of sugar)
~ Beat until soft peaks
Pour Mango mixture into the whipped cream, mix it properly using spatula, if you want extra chewiness add some raisins/ small pieces of mango cubes.
Then keep it in the freezer for 8hrs. / overnight.
