I received an interesting License Request. ClicknClear is asking to add our entire catalog to their portofolio like so many others. Did anyone really checked their terms ? it says that the Split is 30/ 40 , where goes the other 20 ? normally it is 70/30 , 70 for the Label and 30 for the Distribution or Provider. My main concern is their License Terms. According to that Performers, Artists, Sport Events, Athlets and even political Demonstrations can use your Music , Logo and Everything else for their purposes. ( so if a " N**i Marching Band " wants to use your Music and Logo they dont even have to ask you ? ) ... Seriously ? Do i miss something ?
