The Spark: An Impetus for Inclusivity In partnership with the DU USG Diversity Committee, we created The Spark: An Impetus for Inclusivity as a way to express students' voices here on campus.

The Spark strives to share stories of diversity, equity, and inclusive excellence and provide students the opportunity to publish their voices. Every two weeks, we will be publishing articles on this website about events and issues impacting our community and adding to discussion revolving around inclusive excellence. All pieces of work will be written by students here at the University of Denver,

but we would also like to invite readers to submit ideas or stories they would like to see. If there is an article that you believe could have been more inclusive, we encourage you to reach out to us to let us know. We want to build a welcoming environment–feedback is always welcome.
