The Man From U.N.C.L.E was an incredible spy show. My mother and I were devoted fans. Of course I only got to watch it in reruns but it was so much fun. My favorite character was the stoic Russian Ilya Kuryakin played by Scottish actor, David McCallum. He became sexy superstar because of the show. As a result, I later watched CSI just to see him as "Ducky". I may have been one of the few people to recognize his musical talents. He released a few jazz albums where he showed his instrumental proficiency. His song "The Edge" was sampled and featured prominently in Dr.
Dre's "The Next Episode" among other places. Absolutely sad to hear of his passing...

David McCallum — who starred as Dr. Donald 'Ducky' Mallard on the CBS procedural 'NCIS' — died of natural causes at New York Presbyterian Hospital on Sept. 25
