The latest episode is up! Thank you to My pastor Justin Spradlin and to Cody Harris for joining me on this week's episode. This episode was really good! We discussed Mental Health and focused on what the bible says about anxiety! I hope you get a blessing out of it! I know I did!

HAPPY SATURDAY we hope everyone is having a good weekend. I want to just share a quick thought before we get ready for church tomorrow!

What do you use for a bible during the week to study or on Sunday in church? Do you use your phone or do you use an actual copy of the word of God? I would challenge you all to put away the technology BREAK FREE from technology for a few hours on Sunday and a few minutes each day while you spend time with God. Separate yourself from the world. If you use your phone what happens when you get a text message or another notification? Do you ignore it until church is over? I had to use my ipad the other day for my bible and it was SO DISTRACTING. Also, as someone who has stood behind a pulpit, it is a distraction to the preacher. When I am preaching and I see someone looking at their phone my mind starts to go. Are they only using it as a bible? Are they texting someone? Maybe it is work-related. Can it not wait until after service?

As we prepare for church on Sunday plan to take your bible not your phone!

Be in Church tomorrow if you are not on shift!
