👉 Do you feel "Dramatic changes in sleeping or eating patterns"
If yes, you are not healthy.
You should talk about your mental health with your family, friend or professional.

When we normalize talk about mental health, start with your loved ones, your friends, and your family members. Be the person they want to talk to, have an open mind, listen, and let them know you’re there for them. When you feel like there are signs of mental health illness in a loved one, get help from a mental health care professional.

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
Mental health is just as essential as physical health. Normalizing the conversation about mental health empowers people .
A clear distinction is often made between 'mind' and 'body'. But mental health and physical health should not be thought of as separate. There are various ways in which poor mental health has been shown to be detrimental to physical health and vice versa.
