April 20th: Angels Dine Out
Angels Dine Out on Thursday, April 20! It’s a fun and easy way to support Kitchen Angels. Bring a group of friends, drink, eat and enjoy while you support. The restaurant will donate 25% of your bill to Kitchen Angels. It’s that fun and easy!

June 16th: Dine Out For Change
Join us in supporting another amazing local organization!
Palace Prime will be donating 20% of all sales for the evening to Creative Santa Fe. Dine Out for A Change is a fundraising and awareness campaign for Creative Santa Fe’s Catalyst Fund. Through our Catalyst Fund, Creative Santa Fe leverages philanthropy to elevate social initiatives that promote cross-cultural vibrancy and economic vitality. Meaningful initiatives need an extra boost to raise their visibility and strategic design support to maximize their impact. By deploying our philanthropy, Creative Santa Fe’s Catalyst Fund defrays project costs needed to provide effective solutions to our partner organizations (nonprofits such as the Santa Fe Public Library), ensuring that they can effectively deliver on their mission. In 2023, we are raising $75K for a Catalyst Grant to support our ability to partner with organizations and agencies dedicated to building vibrant, inclusive, and resilient communities.

Celebrate All Things Negroni
September 12th through the 18th

The story of the Negroni begins in 1919 at the Caffè Casoni in Florence. There’s no documented historical account, but cocktailians believe that Count Camillo Negroni invented the drink when he ordered an Americano made with gin in place of the usual soda water. It was a success, and not long after, the Negroni family founded the Negroni distillery, which produced a ready-to-drink version of the cocktail that they called Antico Negroni 1919.

As the years went on, the Negroni became what it is today—taking on different variations, colors, and flavors. At Palace Prime, we pride ourselves on not just house specialty cocktails but also classic cocktails that are built on tradition.

To celebrate Negroni week, we will offer several variations of the cocktail and any variations you would like to try.

We look forward to continuing the tradition of the Negroni with you.
