We spotted this beauty down at the International Bar-B-Q Festival on Saturday. It's a 1965 Cobra kit car built by students as part of the Collision Repair and Automotive programs at Owensboro Community & Technical College.

Have you ever tried white BBQ sauce? We didn't even know this was a thing until we ran into Glenn Coleman of GGG Foods White BBQ Sauce at the International Bar-B-Q Festival tonight. Definitely looking forward to giving this a try!

We've talked a lot about the importance of exercise, but that's only one small part of getting and staying healthy. Most of these animals are sick and all of them will need to be spayed and neutered. Many of these cats have eye infections, ear mites, and teeth problems. A few of them are pregnant and one poor kitty named Barbie even had to have her eye removed. Is Smothers Park going to flood?

A lot of people are talking about how the river is rising and the possibility of the park flooding. Right now, the river isn't expected to crest, but time will tell for sure. Fortunately, the park was designed in case of flooding so that water will run back towards the Ohio River and any sediment can be easily hosed off to make cleanup easier. What's next for Gabe's Tower? Throughout the years, Gabe's Tower has changed hands many times. Today, it's owned by a group from Pennsylvania who plan to renovate it and eventually reopen the hotel.
