After much consideration, it is with both sorrow and joy, I announce my decision to take a step back from the grind of the extensive touring lifestyle. Today, Sat, Dec 7th, Sao Paulo will be my final gig with Iron Maiden. I wish the band much success moving forward.

This is probably why Opeth, evincing their usual charm, are at the forefront of this month’s edition. Further expanding on the subject of spirituality, Marilyn Manson offers his own unique view on the topic. Just around the corner the occasion takes on a carnival atmosphere, as we celebrate the legend that is Sepultura, not to mention that there is some space traveling to be done, with prog/psych luminaries Gong at the helm. Which really brings us to Official Frost* and the funny way they blend aggressiveness with beauty. Also watching the timer count down to 2025 are Rick Wakeman, Lo Moon, Impellitteri and Sunstorm.

GINGER BAKER’s NUTTERS - Live At The Marquee Club 1981 CD/DVD Available

Late Cream legend, Ginger Baker, was a member of Hawkwind for a short time in 1980, but left the band after the album Levitation.

However, Baker's manager Roy Ward had already planned a tour of Italy for March 1981, albeit for Hawkwind. But that didn't stop Ginger from putting together a band to play the concerts himself. He wanted to present a fait accompli to the promoters.
