It’s rare to blame a Netflix Thriller for being too ambitious, but that’s the thing about Babak Anwari’s “I came,” an essentially effective action movie that has the opposite problem of too many miniseries on the streaming service of having ideas worthy of a TV season.
In "I came", there is an element that is less about what happens behind closed doors and more about how often influential people get away.
