⛈️The potential for severe storms has increased especially for interior portions of the area late Thursday night thru Friday morning. Damaging winds of 60-70mph (potentially up to 75mph in portions of far interior southwest Mississippi, southwest and south central Alabama) and large hail remain the main threats.

📻 Be sure to have multiple ways to receive warnings, including one that will wake you up at night.

At 1:04pm, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 10 miles southwest of Bratt, moving northeast at 40 mph.
