If you are not careful you will get swallowed up in it! When you are busy with work, family and maintaining a household, it is SO easy to buy prepackaged food or to eat out. It is SO easy to make excuses (no time, no money, too busy) for not working out. It is SO easy to say we'll call that friend tomorrow, next week or next month. But these things are important folks! I'm on a mission...
