Forecasters at the National Weather Service office in Reno have issued a Winter Weather Advisory in effect until 12:00 this afternoon warning of freezing rain and ice accumulations up to a tenth of an inch here on the valley floor. Forecasters at the National Weather Service office in Reno have issued an urgent Winter Storm Watch for Lassen, eastern Plumas and eastern Sierra counties including the cities of Susanville, Westwood, Loyalton, Sierraville and Portola.
