During this CNY, I'm going to prepare Fatt Choy Sharing Platter after seeing Sasa's #KitchenComrades #CookingWithSasa hashtag. These are my favorite recipes that share by my parents. I love using Sasa products in my cooking and here are my favourite products from Sasa: ✅️ Sasa Sambal Asli Chili Sauce ✅️ Sasa Gourmet Powder ✅️ Sasa Bakwan Spesial ✅️ Sasa Tepung Bumbu Ala Kentucky ✅️ Sasa Pisang Goreng Rasa Vanilla Fatt Choy Sharing Platter ingredients: 1) Marinated drummet - Marinate the drummer with Sasa Gourmet Powder and Sasa Sambal Asli Chili Sauce. Leave it for 15 mins. Set the oven to grill mode (200°c for 15 mins). 2) Vegetables Fritters - Mixed Sasa Bakwan Spesial flour, water, shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, shredded cheese and egg. Heat up the oil and scoop the vegetables Fritters into hot pan and fried until golden brown. 3) Baked potatoes - Soak the potatoes into hot water and Poke hole in middle. Stuff with shredded cheese and beef streaky. Baked at 200°c at 12 minutes. 4) Cut raw carrots and celery. Pair with your favourite dipping sauce. Give it a try on this recipes. Today, I am going to share with you my recipe of Sambal Tumis Udang Masak Petai. I buy all the fresh items from Lotus's Supermarket. Hehehe, follow my recipe and try! Sambal Tumis Udang masak Petai Ingredients: • 500 gram prawn • 1 bowl of petai • 1 biji big onion • 2 tbsp oyster sauce • Crispy spicy shrimp • Oyster sauce Ingredients to blend together • red onions • clove of garlic • big onion Preparation 1) Peel off the prawn skin and clean it off. 2) Heat up the oil and cook the blend Ingredients. 3) Add some crispy spicy shrimp. 4) Add in oyster sauce, onion, prawn, petai. 5) Add seasoning for taste 6) Serve it with hot bowl of rice Oh ya, some tips on how to keep your prawn fresh in the freezer for a month. Put your prawn into tupperware and add ice cubes. Fill the tupperware with water and then keep it in the freezer. As you can see in the video, the prawn is big and fresh plus reasonable price.
