• Earned her B.A. in Communication, minor in Non-Fiction Creative writing and a certificate in Professional Writing ✏️
• Interning at a digital marketing agency📱

• Interning at a recording studio in Manhattan 🎤
• Runs live sound boards on the weekends + mixes for incredible new artists 🎧

May not only marks AAPI Heritage Month, but also Mental Health Awareness Month 🧠

According the association,
👉🏼Asian-Americans are 3x less likely to seek mental health services than white people

Mental health remains a stigma in the South Asian community, but it’s we end it. Mental health is health. Your feelings are valid and you are not alone 🫂

We hope the resources provided help you learn about what you can do to prioritize your and/or loved ones mental health 💡

No one should have to suffer in silence. By starting conversations and supporting one another, let’s end the stigma together 🧡

👉🏼May was selected as AAPI History Month because the first known Japanese immigrant arrived in the U.S. on May 7, 1843

👉🏼May also marked the completion of the transcontinental railroad in which up to 20,000 Chinese worked participated

From then to now, our community has become an influential powerhouse in every industry and
continues to leave an impact on American history 🇺🇸

While we are living through challenging times, we must rise, support, and strengthen all AAPI communities. We hope by standing in solidarity we can overcome these dark times and look towards a brighter future 🧡
