EC Films was one of 19 filmmakers and production companies tasked with making a one minute film about our beloved city, Fort Worth, Texas from Visit Fort Worth . We were asked to create a film on restauranteur Chris Reale who operates both Paris Coffee Shop Fort Worth and Roy Pope Grocery Fort Worth. Chris is a hard working dude, and we wanted the film to reflect his work ethic and energy. But most of all we wanted the viewer to see how Chris puts his love of the city into his cuisine. Hello! Erik Clapp here! I started a side project over the summer called Cinema Force which is on YouTube and Instagram to feed my love of cinema. I had zero idea that it would take off the way it has. I've been able to meet and work with people I would have never imagined possible. For Halloween I decided to reach out to Michael H Price a brilliant writer I have read and admired since I was a kid. Getting to work with Mike has been nothing short of inspiring. It feels timely to post this now because the City of Fort Worth has created a task force to determine the future of the building.
