Machapuchare in all its glory.

It's been over 80 days since I summited Annapurna Base Camp. 6 days walking through the Himalayas, surrounded by 8,000-meter mountains. Over 70km covered with never-ending stairs but nothing can beat the scenery you witness even from the starting point.

Add ABC to your bucket list, go on this kind of adventure while your body still allows you to. One day, it won't be this strong 🫠

MY FIRST HALF-MARATHON 🏃🏼‍♂️

12/8 - Finished my first Half-Marathon! Coming from someone who used to hate & condemn running, ni boleh tahan a big deal juga lah for me.

Crazy how running has changed my life. I've learnt & understand so many new things about my body & mind. Tiba-tiba rasa nak join Full Marathon, or even crazier - Iron Man.

I'm amazed at how well my body performs under pressure. I'm deeply in love with the pain. Peh motivasi. Go & try your first 5km.

Helicopters of Annapurna! 🚁

Flying low to fetch & rescue climbers from the Annapurna Base Camp! You can always opt to descend by heli. Prices are reasonable, so just be prepared to spend some extra dollars 🤑 You'll save 2 days of walking with this 15-minutes heli ride down.
