Remembering our feature with , we want to emphasize the importance of preserving our traditions in various ways—one of which is through food.
Today, we draw inspiration from a visit to Los Pozos, a municipality in Huixtán, Chiapas, where captured a beautiful photo series of the traditional process of making 'Atol Agrio.' Explore how food can be a powerful connection to our roots and cultural heritage.
