Good Morning Fam! Currently drinking this drink ☕️ If you’ve been following me for a while now you know I love my sweets (especially cereal), candy, burgers, pizza etc. I believe in the 80/20 rule. Make smart eating choices 80% of the time and then 20% of the time you eat the foods you enjoy. This can either be done throughout the week or you can save your cravings for the weekend. Whichever works better for you! Regardless of what you choose you still CAN achieve your fitness goals and still have a dialed in day. If you’re allergic or sensitive to any certain food you enjoy then yes maybe you should think twice. But if you feel fine after eating a pizza or drinking this delicious mocha then by all means, DO IT and don’t feel guilty about it. Just know when enough is enough. You shouldn’t be eating 5 pieces of pizza and you probably shouldn’t be having 3 cups of coffee with this creamer. Is what he’s saying true about seed oils? Sure, seed oils are highly processed and can put you at risk for inflammation. However, if you have a balanced diet you’re most likely going to fine. Like I said, unless you have sensitivity to something you’re good! To sum it up, enjoy your holidays, don’t stress about having the occasional cookie, cake, pie, mocha etc. Stay consistent with your Workouts, Sleep, Water intake, try and do the 80/20 nutrition rule and you’ll be surprised what you can achieve 👍🏽 #balancedeating #balancednutrition #nutrtion #fitness #health #trainer #consistency #motivation #fitreels #fatloss #muscle gain
I’ve been taking @vive_organic doctor-crafted Immunity Boost Shots everyday recently and it’s really been helping me wake up and get through these early morning runs. I love that each shot packs a powerful immunity boost from nature and is never watered down. This shot is so powerful, you’ll feel it working as soon as you take it ⚡️ #viveorganic #youllfeelit

I’m actually surprised I still see these posts. Y’all should know better! Is this a good exercise, absolutely! But is it going to “snatch your waist”? Nope Theres a lot of factors that come in to play when it comes to dropping body fat the healthy way. Once we lose the fat, we want it to stay off correct? Well here are a few things you can start doing today to get you closer to your goals. 1. Aim to be in a Calorie Deficit: To lose body fat, you need to consume fewer calories than you burn. 2. Balanced Diet: Focus on a balanced diet that includes lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats. Of course everyone is different so find something that works for YOU. But you should try to limit processed foods, and those sugary drinks. 3. Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and help control your appetite. 4. Focus on Strength Training: Building muscle through resistance training can boost your metabolism, making it easier to maintain a healthy weight. 5. Cardiovascular Exercise: now you don’t need to go crazy with the cardio. Use it as a tool to add extra steps to your day and to help you burn some more calories. 6. Sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night, as poor sleep can disrupt your hormones and increase cravings. Remember that it’s essential to approach fat loss in a healthy and sustainable way, rather than through extreme diets or rapid weight loss methods. #fitness #fatloss #trainer #workout
