Scoláire Staire This is the page for the online Irish history magazine, Scoláire Staire. We plan to have forums and a page for networking with others.

We are currently recruiting authors to write articles, reviews and other items for our first issues. The magazine will be written mainly by postgrads and recent PhD graduates (but we welcome quality articles from anyone) and aimed at historians, students and the general public. The aim of Scoláire Staire is to give an outlet to young Irish historians who want to get their names and ideas out there

fast. It is envisaged that the magazine will become much more than a simple publication. This is just the start of a very exciting initiative that will link early career Irish historians together and to people interested in their work.
