The EASIEST Baked Pasta
We’ve all been there. It’s the end of the day and jarred sauce, boxed noodles, and some cooked meat is all that’s happening for dinner. And no shade to that, it is absolutely comforting and filling. 👏🏻
BUT I wanted to create this recipe and video so you can see a couple lil tips and tricks to elevate that. It takes marginally more effort and yields huge results. 💥
Are there things we could do to make this better? Absotootly. But that’s not the point. Andddd it’s still super comforting, super filling, and will FEED YOU FOR DAYS. 😎
It has ooey gooey mozzarella on the inside and crispy parmesan on top. The beef gets browned for optimal maillard reaction flavor town 🤌🏻
PS - peep the noodle shot to see the exact level of “al dente” I cook my pasta to when it’s going to be baked. You want a thin line of uncooked pasta in the center. You’ll see what I mean. 😘

The worlds easiest (and like somehow most impressive) brunch party meal.
While you don’t neeeeeed a blender it does make it like a million times easier, so you do you boo.
Top your baby with whatever you want, but if it’s not berries, greek yog whipped cream, n’ honey then what are you doing dude.
Oh and also this isn’t topped with maple syrup, no. That’s lame. THIS IS TOPPED WITH HONEY. 🍯 Cause that’s how we treat baby.
Da Baby
🥞1 banana, sliced haphazardly
🥞1 cup whole milk
🥞1 tsp vanilla extract
🥞1 tbsp honey
🥞4 eggs
🥞1/4 tsp kosher salt, aka a pinch
🥞1 cup all purp flour
🥞2 tbsp divided, 1 for coating the pan and 1 for topping the baby
🥞TOPPINGS: Berries DUH (about 1.5 cups total), dat extra butter, greek yog whipped cream, powdered sugar, and HONEY. Yes, I said honey. Annnnd flaky salt. Can’t forget flaky salt.
Preheat oven to 425F and pop in a 10in cast iron pan so it can heat up as well.
Add everything (minus da banana) to a blender and blend, scraping down the sides once or twice, until it’s blended. EASY. And if you don’t use a blender literally just whisk it by hand.
Once preheated, add 1 tbsp butter to your hot AF cast iron and coat the pan evenly. Add your banana slices and top it with with your baby mix.
Cook at 425F for 12-15 minutes or until she is puffed, golden, and very cute.
Whipped Cream
🥞1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
🥞1/4 cup full fat, plain greek yogurt
🥞2 tbsp confectioners sugar
🥞pinch o’ salt
Whisk whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add sugar, salt, and whisk again until medium peaks happen. Gently mixie mix in your yog and you are good to go baby.

Biscuit Strawberry Shortcake 😮💨
The perfect way to kick off the warmer weather baby. 🍓
Tender biscuits, sweet strawberries, and a greek yog whipped cream… it’s bussin.
STRAWBERRIES: 🍓
About 2 pints of ripe strawberries, washed and sliced
1/2 cup sugar of choice
About 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
A couple cracks of black pep
Mixie mix it all and let sit for at least 30 minutes
BISCUITS: 🤤
3 cups (360g) self rising flour
1 tsp salt
1 stick of butter, cut into 1/4 in cubez
1 cup whole milk
1 egg, beaten for egg wash
Demerara or turbinado sugar for topping
Heat oven to 425F.
Combine flour and salt. Add in butter cubez and toss to coat. Press cubez between your thumb and fingers to smoosh them. Then break them down even further until the largest pieces are the size of a pea.
Slowly stream in your milk, tossing it in as you go. Work it into a mound and plop onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Smooth it out into a circle, trying to make sure it is all about 1.5-2 in thick.
Brush on the egg wash, coat with sugar, and bake at 425F for 20-24 minutes or until nicely golden brown.
Let cool on a wire rack completely before cutting and assembling. I used a small cookie cutter to cut out portions, but you do you.
WHIPPED CREAM: 🐄
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup plain, full fat greek yogurt
1/4-1/2 cup powdered sugar (go for your desired sweetness)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Whip heavy cream by hand or in a stand mixer until stiff peaks form. Add in your yogurt and gently mix to combine, it should really smooth it out. Add in your powdered sugar, vanilla, and mixie mix to combine.
ASSEMBLE:
Once everything is done, break the biscuit in half, add whipped cream, some strawberries n juice, and the top of the biscuit.

Herby n’ Slightly Truffley LAMB CHOPZ 😮💨
Listen, I know lamb chops can seem a bit intimidating… but I’m here to tell you they’re actually super duper easy peasy to make and just about the most tender meat you’ll ever have.
They get coated in a dijon n’ truffle mayo sauce and then coveredddd in some herbs.
What herbs you might ask? Whatever you have. 😘
Then a lil roast, a lil pan sear, and smothered with a lil red wine sauce and some more herbs.
I promise you they’re so so sooooo good. 😎
HERE’S HOW TO DO IT!
Prep your lamb by making lil criss-cross slashes on the fat and seasoning with salt n’ pep. Give it a quick sear to brown it up.
Then mix up equal parts dijon mustard and mayo (I used truffle mayo for a lil extra pizazz, but you do you) and slather that on the lamb. Make sure to get the underside too!
Then finellllly chop up about 1/2 cup of herbs (I did a mix of parsley, dill, and cilantro) and coat the top of the lamb.
Roast at 425F for 15 minutes then let rest for 20 minutes.
During that time make the lil red wine sauce by slicing 2 cloves of garlic and frying that in some butter over medium heat. Once they’re sizzled, pour in about 3/4 cup red wine (I literally just used a red blend cuz it was cheap and organic 💃), then equal parts bone broth, and a lil pinch of salt. Let that simmer down until the pan is exposed and holds when you drag your spoon across it, about 20 minutes. I added 1 tsp of truffle oil at this point, but once again OPTIONAL. Pour through a fine mesh strainer to remove the garlic bitz.
If you take it too far or it’s too salty or you just want to be wild and crazy you can add a splash of water.
Once the lamb is cooled, slice it into individual little bits. The trick here is to cut at an angle, if you cut straight down you’ll hit a bone and won’t make it through.
Then add some olive oil to a pan, heat over medium-high, and pan sear both sides until nice and brown n’ crispy.
Then plate it up
fully kicked my ass today. 😮💨
but of course I had to go even spicier with it and play around with handstand to crow. 😎
