It's been quiet around here!

We know... lots of scheming these days to capture the best use of our time, effort, and impact to help families in the months and years ahead.

A slight pivot and rebrand is underway 💕✨

We're starting a new initiative in the months ahead...

Parents at a minimum deserve to know and understand the RISKS and benefits associated with v*accinating their child(ren).

The current one size fits all 💉program completely flies in the face of the actual precautions section of most of these drugs.

It always has.

But here we are... reclaiming it on behalf of an entire generation of kids.

The podcast is under construction until further notice as we deconstruct the old to make way for the new 💣💥

Stay tuned for updates ✊🏼

We need your help 🔥🔥🔥

Link in comments to sign this petition to advocate for "Freedom to Practice" legislation.

Food is medicine and most traditional medicine practitioners receive ZERO to only a few hours of training in regards to nutrition and diet.

The American healthcare system is siloed and set up to treat symptoms not root cause care. Our food ecosystem is currently one of the biggest drivers pushing the chronic disease epidemic 🇺🇸

Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (NTPs) offer comprehensive expertise in nutrient-dense diets, sleep optimization, stress management, digestion, blood sugar regulation, and client care. These practitioners are transforming lives and driving a holistic approach to wellness across the nation.

Despite their undeniable value to our nation’s health epidemic, Nutritional Therapy Practitioners face systemic barriers. Traditional, government backed health and nutritional approaches - methods that often fail to address root causes - treat our work as a threat instead of an ally.

This must change ⚠️

Advocate for health freedom to champion "Freedom to Practice" legislation.

This crucial bill will:

❤️ Empower credentialed health and wellness professionals, including Nutritional Therapy Practitioners, to serve clients in all 50 states.

❤️ Secure every American’s right to choose the health professional that best meets their bio-individual needs.

This is about more than professional validation. It’s about ensuring every American has access to the personalized, holistic healthcare they deserve—a right to heal in a way that aligns with their body and values.

By supporting this legislation, we can ignite a nationwide movement for better health outcomes, driven by choice, innovation, and personalized care ✍️

🚨It is Time to Address the Crushing Burden of PANS/PANDAS🚨

October 9th, marks another PANS/PANDAS Awareness Day, a day that serves as both a call to action and a reminder of how far we still need to go in ensuring children and adults suffering from PANS/PANDAS are diagnosed and treated promptly and appropriately.

This year, the theme for PANS/PANDAS Awareness Day is clear: It is Time. It is time to act, learn, and push for the care and recognition these patients deserve.

PANS/PANDAS doesn't just affect children and adults—it devastates entire families. From the moment symptoms appear, families and patients are thrown into an agonizing battle for answers. On average, it takes eight doctors and three years to receive a proper diagnosis. During this time, families witness the heartbreaking deterioration of their child's academic, social, and emotional well-being, alongside often terrifying symptoms like OCD, tics, eating disorders, and anxiety.

The financial and emotional toll is staggering. Many parents are faced with the decision to quit their jobs to care for their children, all while facing exorbitant medical bills—many of which insurance refuses to cover. The lack of understanding from schools and healthcare providers compounds the burden, as students often fail to receive the necessary accommodations to support their learning and mental health.

It is time to put an end to this suffering. Early diagnosis can change the trajectory of a patient's life, reducing the risk of a lifelong impact and even tragedies like su***de. We need to prevent symptoms from lingering through adulthood. Families and patients cannot afford to wait any longer for proper care, and we cannot let them suffer in silence. The time to act is now.

It is Time to Recognize the Signs and Symptoms of PANS/PANDAS:

Sudden or sudden worsening changes in personality, mood, or behavior should always raise red flags. Still, not enough people—parents, teachers, therapists, or even doctors—are aware of the signs of PANS/PANDAS. These patients are often misunderstood and misdiagnosed. It is time to recognize the symptoms for what they are: a cry for help from a patient who needs medical treatment, not just behavioral interventions.

It is Time to Diagnose and Treat PANS/PANDAS Promptly and Appropriately:

It is time for healthcare providers to be equipped with the knowledge they need to diagnose and treat this disorder swiftly, preventing needless suffering. We must ensure that no patient is missed. For many families, diagnosis is the first hurdle—one that often comes too late. The sudden onset or sudden worsening of OCD, anxiety, tics, separation anxiety, or behavioral changes can be frightening and confusing. Yet the key to recovery lies in recognizing these as potential symptoms of PANS/PANDAS.

It is Time to Rule Out Medical Disorders Like PANS/PANDAS Before Diagnosing Psychiatric Conditions
Patients with PANS/PANDAS often receive psychiatric diagnoses before anyone considers the possibility that their symptoms stem from an infection or immune dysfunction. By the time patients and families reach a diagnosis, valuable time has been lost. It is time for healthcare providers to rule out underlying medical causes like PANS/PANDAS before jumping to psychiatric labels, giving patients a chance at proper treatment and recovery.

It is Time to Learn How to Support Students with PANS/PANDAS:

School refusal, separation anxiety, emotional changes, and cognitive issues are common in children with PANS/PANDAS, and too often, schools are unprepared to handle them. Teachers and administrators need to understand how this disorder impacts learning and the ability to attend school to support affected students better. Without this awareness, children are at risk of falling behind academically and emotionally. It is time for every school to be part of the solution, not part of the problem.

It is Time to Ensure Access to Affordable, Appropriate Treatment for PANS/PANDAS:

Individuals suffering from PANS/PANDAS—whether children or adults—shouldn't have to face barriers to the care they desperately need. Too many are left in financial distress, forced to fight exhausting battles with insurance companies for essential treatments. It is time for legislators to step up and support mandated insurance coverage for PANS/PANDAS treatments, ensuring that every patient has access to affordable care without facing the crushing financial burden that leaves many feeling helpless. Treatments like antibiotics, immunotherapy, and behavioral therapies must be covered so no one has to battle for access to life-changing interventions.

It is Time to Stop the Suffering of Children and Adults with PANS/PANDAS:

Every day that passes without appropriate treatment is a day of unnecessary suffering for someone living with PANS PANDAS. We must stand together to ensure that no one is left behind. It is time to bring more attention to PANS/PANDAS and stop the needless suffering.

How You Can Help:

On this PANS/PANDAS Awareness Day, let's use our collective voice to advocate for change. Share information, spread awareness, and reach out to those who may still be struggling to find answers. It is time to take action—for the children, for the families, for the future.

Thank you for standing with us and for all you do to support those affected by PANS/PANDAS. Please consider donating today to support ASPIRE's projects and mission of providing support and education.

In hope and health,

Gabriella True, Board President

You are not crazy.

You may have ADHD 😎

Women are OFTEN misdiagnosed.

They may feel like they are constantly behind or failing to meet expectations, which can lead to feelings of anxiety and/or depression.

It's one of the reasons why women are 4x more likely to be on an antidepressant compared to a man 🤯

PS: If you're on an antidepressant and it's not working, ladies... consider ADHD 🤓 It doesn't necessarily mean you need medication, it means you need to understand how your brain works 🔥

I *thought* what I was feeling for so long was... normal.

That life, marriage, kids, and work was just a lot 🤪

Nope.

Our world, schools, and workplaces (even our own homes because we've been masking for so long... 43 years to be exact) are not set up to accommodate those of us with ADHD.

We're sabotaging ourselves every single day due to the expectations of everyone and everything around us, trying so badly to fit into a neurotypical box or set of standards that don't mesh with how we innately operate.

Worse, we project the same BS and standards onto our kids when many of them, A LOT more of them, are also dealing with ADHD 😳

We've learned to hide, however, our nervous system knows better, doesn't it? Many individuals with underlying ADHD can develop other health issues due to the stress of masking or trying to fit in where one is not fully accepted or understood.

Overall, the emotional toll of ADHD in women can be significant and can impact self-esteem, relationships, and overall well-being.

✅ Do you like to say yes to all the things?

✅ Have a strong sense of social justice?

✅ Struggle to ever find "work - life balance"?

✅ Been labeled difficult along the way?

✅ A rule breaker in order to find better pathways?

There's a reason and it's backed by science💡

How do we get more girls in STEM?

"You want to be somewhere where you are welcomed."

And not just in STEM but at work, in politics, and in entrepreneurship.

The research that Dr. Rupali Chandar, Professor of Astrophysics at The University of Toledo, mentions below begs us to stop and acknowledge something we refuse to embrace.

👩‍🚀 Men and women are different.

🚀 They think different.

🪐 They act different.

👽 They have different needs.

Women have been shoving themselves into a 📦 for 40 years trying to work and act like men in the workforce.

It's not working.

Not even a little and it's impacting why we still don't have more women at the table.

Men run 80% of all industries with leadership ranking positions... why are women being tasked then with making the changes to improve our workplaces, attend all the empowerment and HR events, to only bring back recommendations that fall on deaf ears because male leadership will not do their due diligence to learn, grow, and advance their workforce based on women now making up half of it?

Women are bringing the solutions, men don't understand the problem.

🗣️ Women are not men.

Our recommendations are being heard through a one dimensional lense, a male perspective.

It's time for male leadership to better understand how opening the door to equality within their hearts, homes, businesses, corporations, and communities helps foster a future full of potential for all humans.

👩‍🏫 Girls determine in middle school whether they are in or out on where their value sits, especially in science related fields.

📚 Guys... what's the message you are sending our youth, in or out of the classroom?

🤔 How are you sending that message now... at home and at work?

🤯 Are you a safe space to land or are you consciously (or subconsciously) adhering to the oldschool 1960's mentality of... "Girls can't get a PhD."

👀 Your daughters... and your sons are watching.

We're not only shaping our understanding of the universe as we speak, we're shaping how we live within it.

Join me for the full episode: Curiosity and Cosmos: How Space Shapes Our Understanding of Life /w Dr. Rupali Chandar.
