The YenTown Entertainment & Toursim Awards (YETA) was established in 2012. YETA Awards will be an annual event focused on recognizing the many contributions of Bayelsan Entertainers and Tourism practitioners to a thriving entertainment & tourism industry. The producers of the event are dedicated to promoting the image and rich culture of Bayelsa and Nigeria at large in the continent and around the
globe. This dedication will be displayed in the content of our productions and events and it will cause an increase in the awareness of a new edgy style of African Entertainment and Locations that will help promote Bayelsan acts and Tourism to the world. In 20012, the Founders of the organization came together to develop an event that will reward the growing Bayelsan population of entertainers and entertainment practitioners. From its inception, YETA is designed not only become the premier event in Nigeria but it will also become the most recognizable international Award show in Nigeria. Besides its popularity, YETA Awards will be considered a prestigious Award that African entertainers and Tourism practitioners seek to add to their list of Award recognition. The annual YETA Awards will be attended by the biggest names in African entertainment and Tourism industry.
