Little Lake County is a website by parents, for parents about everything Lake County. We maintain a calendar of local events and we give our honest take on the places we have been, high-lighting what worked and what didn’t from the unique perspective of a mom who has been there. We’re not PR professionals talking about a location or an event, we’re real life moms who braved the crowds with our chi

ldren and want to share our experiences. Our goal is to get you and your kids out of the house and enjoying what Lake County has to offer. We try to focus our calendar on events that are affordable as well as accessible. Unless it’s a special event we tend to stick with listings that don’t require advance registration. We’re mom’s too, we understand that when your kids are bored and climbing the walls you want to find something and go, not necessarily plan ahead. Lake County is also located between two great cities, Milwaukee and Chicago, that have so many things to see and do, so occasionally we will highlight places or events that are “Worth the Trip“. So join us as we explore Lake County with our little ones together!
