The Meaning Behind the Name

Sons of Speed was started by three guys who all inherited their love of cars from their fathers. Chris’ dad used to drive him to school in a cool blue ‘56 Chevy pickup with a 327 Corvette motor and a 4-speed Muncie Rock-crusher trans. Paul’s dad drove drag-strip cars for Dodge and still drives a monster old-school Hemi Challenger. Brendan’s dad took him to all the car shows he could find, painstakingly explaining the details of each classic car while Brendan soaked it all in - then they’d drive home in a 1966 Pontiac Bonneville Convertible (cherry red, of course) with a 389 4-barrel and dual exhaust. We just can’t help it - the love of all things cars is in our blood, and the faster they go, the more we love ‘em. So if you love cars, too, then you'll love Sons of Speed!
