Melanin Sugar Synopsis:
In the poignant and powerful film "Melanin Sugar," Adela Johnson, a highly accomplished black woman, navigates the complexities of identity, bigotry, and self-discovery. Raised with a rich cultural background from her African mother and her African American father, Adela excels academically, graduating at the top of her class from Howard University and Yale University.
