Today, I took a long walk back home from the Kynd Space, and I received many messages like, ‘It took you almost 46 years to fully accept yourself—the way you look, the way you talk, the way you do you, the way you co-create with God, the way you see.’
I felt complete, full; it was as if the energy had returned to my ‘energetic body.’ This sensation, the full bodily realization, enveloped me.

Windows of Life
In the dance of life, roles may shift, scenes may change.
Yet, amidst the ebb and flow, there exists a profound Truth—a timeless unity that transcends the ever-changing nature of the stage.
I vividly remember, as a 7-year-old, perched on my cousins’ balcony, finding delight in observing the windows of the 10-floor building across.
My gaze would be fixed on these windows, where softened light unveiled snippets of people immersed in the dance of life…from buzzing kitchens to living rooms adorned with shared moments.
Each scene held its own unique fascination, prompting contemplation of the shared temporal canvas and the remarkably diverse stories unfolding behind each window. The lingering question emerged, ‘Why is this my life, and that is theirs?’
Now, the windows to the world are much wider, and the global stage presents a scene where some navigate without the luxury of choice, forced to thrive within the environment they find themselves in.
The mystery deepens as we observe the uniqueness of each individual’s journey through life.
What if the answer to ‘Why is this my life, and that is theirs?’ lies in recognizing the shared essence that unites all lives?
Could this question be an invitation to delve into the deeper connections between our individual experiences?
What if the diversity in our lives is not a separation but a celebration of the myriad expressions of One Consciousness? Is there a hidden purpose behind it?
What if the inquiry into the uniqueness of our own life story is a gateway to discovering the common threads that weave through the stories of others?
In living the question, we navigate the dance of unity and diversity, seeking not just answers but a deeper understanding of the interconnected threads that bind us all.
All barriers are conceptual — made of ideas, beliefs, and opinions. Outside of concepts and beliefs, there is no barrier. Belief is what the mind does to fill up emptiness, to give it something to look at, to play with, to hide behind.

But the truth is this: real clarity goes beyond what our minds can grasp.
It comes from a place much deeper, a source within us that isn’t tied to our thoughts.

Decisions unfold, and I realize my mind is just a spectator.
Life’s grand spectacle unfolds when we make an enormous leap in consciousness, realizing that what occurs isn’t truly ‘you’ but a phenomenon you experience…an incredible experience you get to live through.
It is the direct realization and embodiment of the self, an acknowledgment of the reality of what we truly are.
Each of us represents a unique manifestation of a singular, One universal Consciousness.
This is direct experience, a direct realization.
It is not a preparatory practice for a future realization or awakening. Nor is it geared towards honing specific capacities or skills. Rather, it is a process of embodying awakening in the here and now.
To walk this path beside you is a cherished gift, a tapestry woven with threads of grace and expansion.
As ink meets paper, my heart swells with a love that transcends love itself, an openness that knows no bounds.
